Earlier this month Anthony Gross plead guilty in the Melissa James murder case. Gross plead guilty to accessory to arson and accessory to commit first degree arson. The two are both felony charges. If Gross successfully completes his probation, he will be permitted to withdraw his guilty plea to the two felony offenses, plead guilty […]
We’re not sure how happy it will be but Craig Titus’ birthday is today. He turns 44.
Gross will be back in court on January 15, 2009 to hear what his sentencing, if any, will be. Check back for more updates if/when they become available.

Craig Titus has submitted a motion to withdraw his guilty plea. He will be back in court on October 14, 2008 at 8:30am. We’ll keep you posted on the outcome of this hearing.
On September 30, 2008 the Civil Trial against Craig Titus, Kelly Ryan and Anthony Gross was dismissed with prejudice. Maura James, Dennis James and the Estate of Melissa James were listed as the plantiffs in the case.
