I noticed that too of course. Glass obviously is a no-nonsense Judge wh will stand for no nonsense. She's no Judge Ito.

Wonder what CT and KR are up to? There won't be appeal, because they won't risk a no parole sentence for the sake of the unexpected 4 years.

As luck would have it, OJ Simpson has drawn Judge Jackie Glass who presided over Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan's trial.

Being one of the few who never lost sleep over the 1995 OJ trial I would like to be on that jury, I just don't reside in Nevada. A lot of negative comments were posted about Judge Glass however having seen her on numerous news clips lately I believe she was the right choice for the Titus' trial and that Craig and Kelly really received a fair trial. Her instructions to potential jurors indicates that she appears to have a low tolerance for "opportunistic jurors" which should instill confidence in the public that she is a different type of judge than Mr. Ito was in 1995.

Regardless of the outcome anyone still pissed off about the 1995 OJ trial should get a life after 13 years and move on. I'm no fan of his but I also do not live vicariously through fallen celebrities.

....so much for the Appeal. I guess CT and KR didn't relish the prospect of Daskas punching a million holes in their "official story".
