Titus wants to speak to Maura James
Titus tells the reporter that he wants to “respect the court” and share what happened with Maura James. Listen to Titus go from one side to another during the entire interview http://www.lasvegasnow.com/Global/story.asp?S=8413904
June 2nd, 2008 at 10:20 pm
Okay, so what GENIUS in the online department of lasvegasnow.com tagged a BAUDIN JAGUAR ad onto the beginning of the Craig Titus interview??? Ummmm…. OH MY GOD!
June 3rd, 2008 at 7:47 am
ok, so what Titus think really happened? Is all the evidence just an illusion? Or was he so high when it happened that he doesnt remember it clearly??? I really hope that judge throws the book at KR and CT. Who would take a plea like that if they were truly innocent. They are simply insulting the intellegence of everyone around them if they think anyone believes they are innocent. Even if Melissa did OD they are still guilty of a myriad of crimes that took place after her death. The one I would like to hear him explain is why they would use a tazer on someone who was already dead??? OMG, throw them in the tank and be done with all this nonsense.
June 3rd, 2008 at 8:38 am
If Craig Titus thinks he can say he is innocent,
but take a plea deal that he is guilty, that
if I were the judge, I’d say no deal you’re going
to trial. And if it doesn’t go to trial, she will throw the
book at him.
This guy is in total denial. He has had 2 years or
more to put together a story in his head.
This jerkoff will never get out.
Thank God.
June 3rd, 2008 at 10:44 am
chainsaw,
I hope you are right. I hope the judge looks long and hard at both sentences based on his denial. I could understand him saying he didnt mean to kill her, that maybe things got out of hand, you know blaming it on drugs or something but to just say it didnt happen is dillusional.
June 3rd, 2008 at 1:52 pm
Why didn’t Ct get an Alford Plea as well
June 3rd, 2008 at 4:06 pm
Funny but sad. If Kelly IS allowed to make $$$$ on this murder then it kind of makes sense. Let Craig take the fall since that is who everyone wanted to get anyway, let kelly make a whole lot of $$$ on selling the movie story. She can keep Craigs prison account fully funded and build a retirement for him when he gets out. Sick…….does anyone know if she can sell the story, you know, since she cant be sued on the civil side????
June 3rd, 2008 at 7:33 pm
Dear OTFC,
I believe that when Maura James wins the Civil case, CT and KR will be unable to profit from the murder.
Chainsaw, interesting observations re: Judge Glass saying we’re going to trial, but I’ve never heard of this kind of twist in a murder case and I’ve followed them for years.
Peter
June 3rd, 2008 at 7:45 pm
What is the best case scenario for Kelly at this point?
She seems to be getting of pretty damn lightly. Time will tell.
It would be nice to at least know what angle the D.A. planned on taking.
I guess no one will ever really know for sure.
June 4th, 2008 at 8:12 am
I do not thin KR is interested in selling this story now,
or anytime in the future. I believe a movie is going to
be put out about this anyway without their input.
KR will be content working the front desk at a gym,
as would anyone who has been what she has been through.
She is scared of CT and will not Divorce him, but will
cheat on him while he is away, not because she is a dirt bag,
but because she fears him, and anyone would wish to distance
themselves from a creep like Titus.
June 4th, 2008 at 9:11 am
Shock- It’s by coincidence that Jaguar ad is there, someone has to pay for the message and the sponsor get to pitch their product. How for in school did you not get to anyway?
June 4th, 2008 at 2:57 pm
No gym will hire a woman who went into a store to buy lighter fluid to burn a murdered corpse.
She’ll be a stripper.
June 4th, 2008 at 4:48 pm
Peter,
I am with you on that one - although there are some sick people out there. They may hire her just to draw in the sickly curious!!
June 5th, 2008 at 12:15 am
Kelly’s too old to be a stripper, too fugly to be a cougar and too stupid for any normal gut to be interested in. She’ll be the typical spinster waiting for Prince Charming” to make parole which is highly unlikely in this lifetime. ES and D Kelly!
June 5th, 2008 at 7:54 am
BS. you’re right on that one.
Sounds like Kelly has some family
that will take care of her for a while.
June 5th, 2008 at 1:37 pm
WOW! Craig has lost his marbles! I wouldn’t say Kelly is going home either. I took a deal “so Kelly could go home”…WHAT???? Do you remember that your Craig Titus..The most self centerd person on earth! If Kelly “goes home”…then the DA dropped the ball…BIG TIME! From what I’ve heard from some sources around the Vegas gym scene, is that Kelly is most reponsible for the murder. I mean how can they strike a deal if good ol Kell purchased a cookout kit, lighter fluid, and gas cans???? And- found the body burned (IN HER CAR!)
Oh, and Kelly will get book deals, movie deals, free money thrown at her..etc..(IF SHE GOES HOME) Don’t you kid yourself! Were talking about Hollywood. They don’t care if she wacked somebody (maybe) They don’t care what kind of drugs she was using, and will probably use again! It’s all about that cheese!!!!
Craig, check yourself bro! You’ve been in the hole for two years (TWO YEARS) And this is the best you can come up with????? WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have changed…
June 5th, 2008 at 1:40 pm
Phil,
I am SOOOO with you on this one. I dont know Craig personally but even as an outsider this thing looks weird. All I have heard about him is that he is selfish, so what changed? There has to be something in it for him. Also, I thought Kelly would make $$$$ on all this if she is immune to civil prosecution????? Does anyone know?
June 5th, 2008 at 2:04 pm
OTFC..
That’s a good question..I’m not so sure she’ll be untouchable after they both loose this civil trial. It all depends on the deal that Daskas set up?
I’ve known Craig since he won the USA! He’s always been out for himself. That being said, there has to be something in this for Craig..there just has to be! Or- Craig has finally came to terms that he needs to be locked up to deal with his demons from the past. However, Kelly is no saint by any stretch! Everybody always says, if she would of not married Craig, she wouldn’t be in this mess. True..but, if she was so scared of Craig, she could of left him plenty of times..It all comes down to choices that Kelly has made..past and present!
Shock..
I believe you bro.. on you being Kelly’s best friend. I was just checkin! Because I heard other stuff on how they met up…No biggie! Dude, is this Ron’s website?..lol…getbig.com has went wayyyy down hill..Just a opinion for the higher powers! Getbig was once a really good site, but now it’s never up to date, and they need to get some mpegs and video on that site. That was once my favorite bodybuilding site! What do you think of all this sh*t that is happening with the DA, and the deal they struck? Just curious!
Peace
June 5th, 2008 at 8:20 pm
You know I was in a bad relationship once with a WWF wrestler. I was mentally abused. In fact the celebrity and my feelings for what I wanted us to be made it terribly hard to leave. I will admit it was hard to think on my own but bottom line is I could have left. I didnt want to. I doubt CT would have harmed her???? Just a guess. If she was sucked in to his sickness that is too bad but trust me, speaking from personal experience the final decision to leave was up to her.
June 5th, 2008 at 8:23 pm
You’re always free to launch a better site.
June 5th, 2008 at 8:30 pm
OTFC, you can’t be China Doll, so who are you? Sorry to hear about the mental abuse but didn’t you know what to expect going in? Many a BB’s GF have endured mental abuse through verbal attacks, you didn’t really believe it would be different with anyone at WWF? I hope you’re doing well and have set your sights on finding someone who will treat you right, no one deserves to be mentally beaten down. It’s a lot of baggage to be carrying around. Life is too short, concentrate on being happy, not famous.
June 5th, 2008 at 9:41 pm
Curious,
Thank you…nice things to say. That happened when I was in my twenties and b-bopping around the Miss Fitness America stages. I got out of that relationship and am fine. Proud to say I never did that again. I was merely saying that I when I chose to stay, I stayed. When I had enough I found the strength to let go. I let it happen, so did Kelly. The relationship got so sick I did alot of crazy things. So, I can understand kelly getting caught up in it. But in the end, Kelly could have left. With that said, I dont think she should be exonerated because of this situation. She has to be responsible as someone died because of it. Who am I, I am Pam Busch. I did good in fitness. I won the Fitness America Pageant at the Emerald Cup in Washington. I never did as well as Kelly by far. HOwever I placed high in many states. And ok at the Nationals. In fact, focusing on those competitions helped me escape the bad relationship. Too bad Kelly couldnt refocus her energy and escape Craig.
Thanks again for your kind words. So who are you?
Pam
June 5th, 2008 at 11:12 pm
I wonder how many days Craig and Kelly were up? Serious, they did some stupid, stupid shit! I know Craig has always been off a tad! But, I mean come on, how could you panic like that? A run a total muck on YOURSELF? Leaving ones family to loose a loved one , and spend the rest of your lives in jail….It still to this day..blows my mind!!!!!!!
RIP
Amanda Savell ..Thoughts and prayers go out to the intire Pro Figure Division, and close friends and family.

Don’t think for a minute that only women are battered.
There are many battered men out there too,
they are just too proud to say, and society
has no sympathy for that.
I’ve seen some crazy women that are freakin nuts!
As for this Kelly making money on this, she aint gonna make jack.
She hasn’t been aquited of murder, and I bet still can be charged
if evidance warrents it. She’s gonna keep her mouth shut.
June 6th, 2008 at 8:32 am
Chainsaw,
Yup there are many battered men out there! I have a friend that batters all the men she dates - she is a wacko!!! I do agree with you.
As for Kelly making $$$$ on this - I do hope you are right and she makes nothing. Were she was battered or not, she is responsible. I believe she should pay for that.
June 6th, 2008 at 12:39 pm
Once she loses in Civil Court, like OJ, she won’t be allowed to save money. Am I wrong?
June 6th, 2008 at 12:58 pm
Chain…
I agree that Kelly probably won’t get out. But- if she does, she’s going to make ton of money! I disagree with you on she won’t make money if she gets out!
Now if Craig gets out for some god-awful reason, now he would have a slim chance of getting back into anything! Dude was treated like a mass murderer after being booked. I watch that, and still can’t believe that’s him! They used the swat team to get him booked.
Peace
June 6th, 2008 at 1:47 pm
peter,
i thought Kelly was not getting sued civily that was part of her deal/???
June 7th, 2008 at 7:35 am
I thought there were actually laws that prevented a felon such as KR getting any money off of the crime she committed. Am I wrong?
June 7th, 2008 at 10:41 am
Phil,
As I stated, Kelly will keep her mouth shut to
keep her from further criminal and civil prosecution.
Also, Las Vegas police are a bunch of punks,
I havent had really any run ins with them, but
They completely abuse the use of force.
Why gratify CT with a prison entrance like that.
If I were the Chief, I would have had 2 women book him
and really insult him.
June 7th, 2008 at 11:49 am
Chain,
We’ll see what kind of deal Kelly has? But- can she be immune from Civil prosecution?
Yeah, I just moved from LV last year. Some of the cops (from the gym) are pretty cool, then most others are A Holes! You get that in any law enforcement in general!
Two woman booking Craig, would probably end up on a assault on a police officer!!!
Take Care
June 8th, 2008 at 11:11 am
Phil,
I’ll agree with you on that one.
Usually cops away from their job are o.k.
Its how they are trained, and the gang mentallity
they get on duty.
I don’t think Kelly is immune from Civil Prosectution.
Civil and Criminal are two completly different animals.
The Alford plea will protect Kelly from admitting wrong doing,
and thus a civil suit. But if she opens her mouth, the Civil lawyers
can and will use whatever she says.
June 8th, 2008 at 5:13 pm
OTFC:
You’re welcome for my comments, it was from the heart. My identity isn’t important as I don’t want this to appear as a cyber come-on to you. Stay true to yourself and don’t settle for anyone who doesn’t put you first. Years go by, muscles rescind and the next thing you know is that the muscle stud of today is the ordinary Joe of tomorrow and without any goals outside of BB you’ll be the one footing the bill for everything. A real man takes care of his woman, anyone can get big and wear small clothes in public. Nearly every top BB from the 80’s & 90’s are complete co-dependent losers. Most of them are now doormen or valets. Be good to yourself, a BB will only use you.
June 8th, 2008 at 6:09 pm
curious,
once again thank you. no worries, I have been single for the better part of 15 years. happy and content that way. I came out of that situation stronger, in fact, kind of a hard ass. I wouldn’t change a thing. Too bad Kelly didnt see the forest for the trees in time. For a such a focused competitor she was a week person.
June 8th, 2008 at 10:03 pm
Chain,
Just because KR takes a plea on the criminal side doesnt make her immune from a civil suit. The two are not mutually exclusive, and Melissa’s family can sue for money anytime they want. Same with CT. The burden of proof is a lot lower in a civil suit, and CT and KR are not protected by the 5th amendment…remember OJ had to testify in the civil case…
The bigger question is what will be gained if KR and CT lose the civil case? Where is the loot? There isnt much to get, but a civil judgment could hamstring (no pun intended) CT and KR for a hella long time from making more than enough to just get by on… As far as I know they dont have a homesteaded house in Florida or a NFL pension ala OJ that is protected from civil judgments…..
Besides, they will both do some time, especially CT I would guess, so they are pretty much done anyway…stick a fork in ‘em.
Anybody know whats up with Anthony Gross?

Bates: While many believe as you do there are a larger number who do not. To ridicule others who do not share your beliefs is to contradict the very scriptures you quote.
Example: I happen to like the color blue however because of the numerous choices available, not everyone shares my beliefs as I that blue is the true and ultimate color. It doesn’t give me the right to pass judgment on those who don’t feel that blue is the ultimate color. It does mean however that I do not have the right to hound everyone I meet until they agree that blue is the color of choice.
Reality Check: People fear only what they believe.
Example: Children believe in the boogie man which explains their fear of him. People like yourself happen to believe in the antiquated writings of the bible and fear its content because someone like yourself sold you on the idea that the words are prophetic. More of us do not believe in it and have no fear of it. Speaking for myself, I happen to have more faith in the prophecy of a fortune cookie.
Reality Check: Most bible thumpers trying to save me these days are former meth heads, alcoholics, criminals etc who claim that they are forgiven by Jesus. When they slip and get back on the stuff, they simply pass it off as such (a slip up) and claim Jesus forgives that too. Well I am no former scumbag who led a such a life life on the contrary, More people than not have led a productive life, provided for their families and did thing right the entire time and don’t need to be born again.
Dig deep because there is no scripture to rebut this post.
Governor Jesse (the Body) Ventura said it best, “Religion is a crutch for the weak.”
June 9th, 2008 at 3:06 pm
BS says…
“While many believe as you do there are a larger number who do not.”
BS, you are absolutely right!
God’s Word tells us…
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
- Matthew 7:13, 14 (KJV)
I quote this verse in my book Anabolic Outlaw in a chapter titled, THE ROAD WIDENS found here: http://www.musclemissions.org/public/90.cfm
BS says…
“People fear only what they believe.”
God’s Word says…
But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
- Luke 12:5 (KJV)
BS says…
“Well I am no former scumbag who led a such a life on the contrary, More people than not have led a productive life, provided for their families and did things right the entire time and don’t need to be born again.
Dig deep because there is no scripture to rebut this post.”
God’s Word says…
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
- John 3:3 (KJV)
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
- John 3:7 (KJV)
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
- 1 Peter 1:23 (KJV)
June 9th, 2008 at 3:28 pm
You go “BS”!!! I am 100% on your side on that post. Bates is over the top and not impressing anyone with his approach.
June 9th, 2008 at 7:42 pm
LOL….BATES! Bates needs a hug!
Bates all the people have a point, and I’m sure if they looked at your site Muscle Missions…or something…they would know your a “religion freak”!
It’s one thing to carry your faith (if you have any).., but you force feed your takes out of quotations from the bible? God doesn’t honor that.Bates!
Put down your cyber bible, and come with some original takes, and not scripts from gods word..(which I carry with me).. However, I would never force feed my faith on a subject, or anybody at that!
Come on bates ..!
June 9th, 2008 at 10:29 pm
Bates, My post appears to have been over your head, it’s not your fault. I’m not looking to get personal, just request that you respect the beliefs of others as you expect them to respect you (now I know that passage is in the bible, don’t care where though). I realize you believe you’re on a mission so to speak but you are going to have to come up for air sometime. Peace out.
June 10th, 2008 at 10:06 pm
The purpose of the civil suit against KR is further punishment and to ensure she cannot *profit8 from the crime. All proceeds from any book or movie deal would have to go to the James’ estate.
June 11th, 2008 at 9:24 am
All Kelly has to do is have her dad open a corporation
and have a movie company deposit funds into it.
She could profit from this, but I see her keeping her mouth
shut.
June 13th, 2008 at 5:57 pm
The Son of Sam laws prohibit people like KR making millions off of a crime.
June 15th, 2008 at 5:30 pm
wayne,
If she was not the acutal murderer, than I don’t think
this law will apply to her. She is not even an accomplice.

Really?
Where did you study law at?
June 17th, 2008 at 6:13 pm
If someone murdered Craig Titus’ child, I wonder whether he would want to “talk” to the killer.
My guess is that his IQ is under 90.
June 18th, 2008 at 5:09 pm
Peter,
Well Said
June 19th, 2008 at 10:11 pm
I have to say Peter that talking about anyone’s child in that context (even Titus’) crosses the line. I get what you’re saying but your choice of comparisons is in poor taste.
June 20th, 2008 at 9:57 pm
Dear Curious,
I agree and apologize.

Does anyone know what’s happening with Anthony Gross? What does CT’s guilty plea mean for Gross?
July 3rd, 2008 at 8:02 am

I have asked the same question a couple times and knowone has answered me. If you find out something post it here, ok????
Thanks!

One of the most important things a Judge weighs before sentencing is thus: “is the defendant likely to re-offend”.
So with that said, knowing CT as you do, what would you say? Likely? Or unlikely?
I say *likely*. And so, I say CT will not do a day less than 25 years. That’s not taking into consideration that he burned a corpse. That requires a special kind of evil.
Thoughts?
Peter
