Supereme Court Denies Motion
Our sources are telling us that the trial will proceed as scheduled for June 2, 2008 and the Nevada Supreme Court has denied Titus & Ryan’s motion. Specifics of the ruling aren’t known yet but we’ll let you know when it becomes available.

off the subject but does anyone know if that megan girl is still in fitness competitions or did her association with this murder case tarnish her chances in the industry? just curious.

I followed the two of these through their career and was blown away when these charges were ran in the People Mag. I wish them all the best but I have to say let this be over, to me their guilt increases everytime they try to buy more time, enough is enough. I am glad to hear that focus has been put on god in their personal life but that does not mean they should not be punished it means they may be albe to find peace with themselves where they are at.
