The only thing the defense has is the word of KR and CT that they didnt do it. I said that the defense wants something to work with, which KR and CT have not provided. Now they are using these stalling tactics, KR and CT are sweating bullets because it is almost game time and dumb and dumber really do not have a solid defense. Sounds like Saggase is having a problem setting up a defense. I don't know why he is making this argument before the trial even starts. I would have waited in closing arguments or on appeal.
