Maura James files more paperwork in civil trial

Earlier this month Maura James filed a “STIPULATION AND ORDER TO STAY ACTION PENDING OUTCOME OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDING.” It appears the insurance companies for Anthony Gross may be involved in this matter. What extent that will be remains to be seen. The date of this trial will be set after the criminal trial which is slated for June 2, 2008.

    Ok, why would Anthony’s insurance company be involved? What insurance company? It wasn’t his car that burned and surely he doesnt have liability insurance or anything like that. Can someone clear that up for me. Ok, I may be retarded!

    Thanks Phil, glad I am not the only one who doesn’t get it! LOL

    I could see KR and CT’s home insurance being involved if they had liability insurance. Hum,,,,,I had it on my house when I had horses there in case someone got hurt. Beats me.

    What happened to the brenda chick that was interviewing Kelly in jail? I wonder if Kelly’s lawyer put an end to that.

    I find it difficult to believe that someone like Gross has life insurance let alone auto insurance. Did he even have a job?
    Only an attorney can respond to this question of what this means.

    I believe it is Homeowners insurance that is from Gross. His parents probably had it, isn’t he living with parents.

    chainsaw, that could explain it. Sucks to be Anthony’s parent about now. It will be a shame if they pay the price for their sons stupidity. Especially since he is an adult.

    Brave Maura James is going to make sure that CT and KR are held responsible for her daughter’s death, that if there is another OJ “travesty of justice”, they’ll never be able to earn another dollar they can keep.

    OTFC: I agree however I can’t forsee any assets in the Titus’ future unless they get a miracle.
