Update on all pending motions
An update on the pending motions in the Titus & Ryan case. The next time the two are scheduled to be in court is April 17, 2008.
DEFT. TITUS’S MOTION FOR INDEPENDENT TESTING OF EVIDENCE … DEFT. RYAN’S JOINDER TO DEFT. TITUS’S MOTION FOR INDEPENDENT TESTING OF EVIDENCE
Court noted the calendar is in error as this is Titus’s motion and Ryan’s joinder. Mr. Tomsheck advised he has no opposition to the motion; however, requested the Order include the laboratory’s name/address/contact person/phone number and that it specifically state what is going to be tested. Further, Mr. Tomsheck advised the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department facilitates the chain of custody to the other laboratory. COURT ORDERED, motion GRANTED; counsel to include all above-reference information in the Order. All future dates STAND.

Where can you find a copy of the 221 page motion? Just as the grand jury testimony of Megan et al. was an interesting document to read because it provided the chain of events of that night and next day, this, too, would be fascinating to read.

I may be posting a redundancy here, but computer problems prevent me from assessing that at this time.
So I’ll ask again:
Any chance of getting a pdf posted on this site of the 221 page document specifying which items of evidence are requested suppressed?

My guess is that Titus will find a way to postpone this trial until the Mayan calendar runs out in 2012.

I haven’t been on in awhile. What’s the latest news. Another delay I see!
