Your Honor, my client is requesting a motion to suppress the following evidence which she believes was illegally obtained: tazered her roommate, injected her with morphine, duct taped her head, purchased lighter fluid at 3AM at Wal Mart, burned her beyond recognition, fled the state to avoid prosecution, attempted to obtain cash and passports to flee the country, forgot to tip the manicurist.

She was having a bad day and was acting under orders from the great Baba Booey.

Kelly wants to suppress evidence which was legally obtained because when the police questioned her, they were rude to her and asked her incriminating questions, like why were you at Walmart buying fluid, why was Melissa in your burned out car, why did you run like cowards. Kellys ass is cooked and now they are playing the desperation card. Its a little late with the trial right around the corner. Has anyone heard if the state is seeking the death penalty? I think not, because of these blogs it has never been talked about much.

Yeah…nobody seems to mention it - are Prosecuters seeking the death penalty? Has the actual trial date for the criminal case been set? I’ve been following this for two years but lost interest because the dates keep getting pushed forward. I can’t imagine what Melissa’s family must be going through - 2 1/2 years a a long time to wait for justice.

I thought I read on here (for whatever that’s worth) that the D.A. would not pursue the death penalty / or in any event that, that would be a very unlikely scenario, because it’s usual much harder to get a conviction in a death penalty case among other reasons.

Does anyone have any idea/prediction on how long the trial will last?

Is there any information on whether or not it will be televised?

I would think at the very least some of the “Geraldo” type evening news shows would start covering it again.

Regarding the time required to complete this trial: I would think it would
only need a few weeks AT MOST for the prosecution to prove their guilt.
Unless, of course, a lot of “mitigating factors”/victimology nonsense is
allowed in by the judge (as in the O.J. Simpson case) allowing KR to paint
herself as a battered, intimidated slave of ST. But I also recall that KR has,
rather stupidly in my opinion, rejected this strategy.

25 to life on a second-degree conviction for both.

Who would win in a fight between Brock Lesnar and Jackie Glass?

Who has a nicer ass..Jackie Glass or Jackie Slater?

    Re: death penalty.

Yes if they can prove pre-meditation. But from everything I’ve read, the murder was done in a fit of rage. I say 25-life. Parole possibility after 85% of time served. But CT will be a bad prisoner and will serve the full term.

    My POV only

  11. shockandawe Says:

Okay, but if it was done in a fit of rage, why was she driven back to the house? That was TOTAL premeditation! I think they got angrIER, knowing they were alrady angRY.

Personally, if I were the prosecutor, I would seek the death penalty with the ability of the jury to find guilty in other scenarios.

I hope Craig doesn’t see the light of day. I hope Kelly stays in until she’s 50.

How much does Titus weigh right now? I’m betting 180.

Anybody here know anything about prison? Will Titus be allowed to get in the weight pit or will he have to join a gang to work out?

There was a professional football player that killed his pregnant girlfriend so he would not have to pay child support. He tried to
run but was arrested when the police found him hiding in the trunk of a car like a little bitch. He dang near got the needle but he was sentenced to life. I bet right now paying child support would sound good, instead of spening the rest of his life in jail. This is like CT and KR. Instead of killing her, I bet you right now, just throwing her stuff out and getting rid of her in their lives would sound great. Their anger, pride, and poor judgement would cost these two stupids forever. They just should have taken a loss, got her out of their lives and moved on and they could still be showing their bodies at the competitions.
