I am sure his counsel, at the time of the initial testing by the prosecution, had ample opportunity to approve/object to the testing procedures and/or conclusions then. Now CT comes out of left field with this; I would be VERY shocked if Judge Glass allows it. I guess CT and KR are going to have to be dragged out of their cells -- kicking, biting and scratching all the way into the courtroom -- to get this trial started on time. Hmmm, I wonder why they're so reluctant to get this show going? I just hope it's on Court TV/TrueTV; I have attended several murder trials (live) in Detroit and they are fascinating. So- all these lower seated guys made for some bad posing and drawn out routines. I think they should get it back to the way it was! The sound was bad, the backdrop made it hard to see the competitors although that probably helped them. I saw the absolute worst posing at a pro show ever. King Kamali getting best poser for a couple of shitty robot moves was my first clue. What happened to the good old days where AC/DC, Kiss and other metal songs really got the audience motivated. This was just a bunch of big dudes singing along with either slow tunes or rap crap. No wonder bodybuilding shows don't sell tickets anymore. That was my last BB show. The UFC participation really carried the event. If not for them, no one would have been there. Just my opinions. Phil,
