Titus & Ryan Trial Setting Postponed Until October

The next trial setting is scheduled for October 18, 2007 at 8:30 am. Judge Jackie Glass is awaiting ruling from the Supreme Court regarding Kelly’s lawyer (Denue’s) motion to withdraw as counsel.
