More Motions filed in the Titus/Ryan Case
The state of Nevada has filed a notice of “non-opposition & petition to strike fugitive document” for Kelly Ryan.
Kelly’s lawyer Greg Denue has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. This motion will be heard on May 15, 2007.

And the plot thickens. I wonder who will pick up her (lost) cause. I knew her when she went to University of South Carolina and she was a smart, sweet lady. What a loss, but not as much as the James family has had to endure

I doubt Denue wants out because he doesnt think he can do a good job for Kelly…He has probably been forced out by someone ostensibly speaking for KR, or, maybe he was just fed up. Maybe he wasnt getting paid…

I knew Kelly Ryan when she went to golds gym in california. And this is a total shock! KR has no money its time for a public defender.
