Today the Court noted the Supreme Court has not made a ruling (on the appeal of lawyers) and ordered, matter continued to weeks. Titus and Ryan remain in custody.

Your definition of premeditation is way too general in any event…
Premeditation can occur in a very short period of time, a reflection, which does not require that one sleep on it…
The fact that they have been charged with premeditated murder would indicate that the DA believes he has enough to prove that element…
Its not relevant what I believe, only what plays out in court.
No one has heard any proof yet, because the trial hasnt started yet.

You might have a valid point. I think they snapped ! But, after they (eledgedly) put Morphine into her.. after the (TASER) didn’t work.. I tend to think that’s premeditated. And knowing Craig…the way I do…I think the events after (a possible mishap) “eledgedly”..were premeditated!!!
Now, I agree with you David, and your point about beeing spun out, and maybe KT raged, or Craig was havng rough sex with her (eledgedly)! Or if Melissa OD’D, then you have a point. Melissa had some deap seated problems….trust me! In the short period of time they had to think of something.. if they did wack her..they made some spun out mistakes. Those mistakes were premeditated to the highest degree!!!!

Phil, as a matter of fact, I DO know them - I hung out with Kel for over a year practically everyday in 1998-99 and I have known CT since 1994.
They were, at one time, both friends of mine. I went to see Craig in jail quite often with my ex up in Lompoc - which I doubt you did since he had, oh, maybe about 3 real visitors and then curious women who have prison crushes. If you didn’t visit CT in prison back in 1997-1998, then you don’t know what you’re talking about.
