That’s what I’ve been told as well! A lot of interesting things will come out before trial. I would bet the house, that this trial WILL NOT start until 2008!
Whether MJ stole from CT and KR is meaningless to the degree of murder. It may be a motive for them killing her, but motive is not part of the proof. I also do not think that stealing would trigger a crime of passion…KR catching MJ in bed with CT, yes…
I think the DA will be able to prove it was premeditated.
NO DOUBT! Fully premeditated. CT , and KR ..good friends…but made some very bad mistakes! Second degree murder would be a gift -(IF) they don’t go for life. My regards to Melissa’s family.
I didn’t know you were on counsel? Goonis, do you do crack too? Wait till all the facts come out. Before jumping to conclusions. It doesn’t look good …duh!

Don’t count on that happening at this time. There are many more interesting things that will happen before any trial date will begin.

The chances of this going to trial yet in 2007 are slim to none. Look for the trial to be pushed back to the end of the year or beginning of 2008.

they will both never see the light of day again it does not matter when the trial starts. they had a choice now they will stay locked up forever.
