Conference at the Bench for Nelson Brady
Today in the case of Nelson Brady the court reported the following:
Conference at the Bench. Court stated that it explained to counsel at the Bench that it received a letter addressed to Ronald Brady from Dr. Terence German. The letter was opened by the staff and read. It was obvious that Dr. German was trying to find someone who was going to trial. Court stated it will make a copy of the letter for both counsel and keep the original in the file.
