Is Craig enough of a conniver to get this stuff going??? HA!!! I mean, this is so laughable to me. He’s the world’s heavyweight champion conniver and drama king. The world isn’t right if it isn’t revolving around Craig, no matter HOW fucked up the outcome may be. He just loves that vortex of chaos!! And he’s SO addicted to chaos and so invested in chaos, he’ll take everyone down around him.

Not for nothing, but whether Kelly is the reason or not (and even as a former BF I could say I have thought her capable), the real truth is, Kelly would NEVER have been in the big house without the fucked up chaos of her husband and his addiction to that, drugs, women and anything messed up. What a loser.

This is so typical of the sensational, surrealistic nature of Las Vegas, be it crime or anything else…..

David Roger is the DA in Clark County. He was a hot shot deputy DA who prosecuted Tabish and Murphy back in the Binion case. Roger, along with David Wall, pulled many shenanigans during that trial that I thought were clearly violations of the rules and prosecutorial misconduct……Roger is now the DA, and Wall is a judge…go figure…Their “success” in the first Binion trial was what propelled them into their higher offices…but the most important thing to remember is that Binion was overturned by the Nevada Supreme Court and at the second trial they were found not guilty of the murder…hmmmmmm…..

It will be interesting to see how these two cases, that of the primary MJ murder case, and the murder for hire fiasco, get intertwined…I got the TIVO ready to go when they stream it on Court TV!!

Yes, there has to be more to this story since this “Murder-For-Hire” plot begain. Did you see what Bradys’ attorney said in the other Review Journal and AP article, “Informant driving force in murder-for-hire probe”. His attorney states, “Without the government instigating the plan, initating it, then pursuing my client, I don’t think there would be any case at all”. IF this proves to be true that the government, (DA & or Police) instigated this plot and we already know that they certainly pushed it with over 100 phone calls and the informant (Cassim) who threatened Brady with bodily harm, (to kill him). Did the DA/Police bring these people together or was the “snitch” just by chance? The police and DA must have been monitoring and allowing the phone calls. And why? In a vein attempt to get Titus to bite on a set-up, a set-up by the DA/Police? I believe that if this proves to be true the defense will use this at trial to show “just how far” the DA and Police will go to manfacture and falsify any evidence in this case. Who could then believe the DA? The DA has a lot at stake here. I am now watching for the mud slinging and the finger pointing to begin.

I have got to believe that the prosecution has got to be holding back information. I know they have to share it with the defense but only when its credible. Chain: If Las Vegas is as corrupt as you say it is, it is probably equally as corrupt in the prosecution’s office. Something tells me they are letting CT shoot off his big mouth. At this point CT is fighting for his life so he doesn’t care who he brings down. Kelly is keeping quite. If you read the article, CT asks Brady if his girlfriend has a hot friend for CT. How much you want to bet that this will be shared with Kelly? Will she roll over now?

I think he’s really in solitary to protect him from the people he snitched on. I think they are only telling us 1/4 of the story. This article that I just read REALY leads me to believe that Brady might have mentioned something about a hit in passing, just acting tough, but this guy Casim really took his tough words and pressured him to come through with intimidation. Not sure what a Jury will think about this.

How will Saggese get all the shenanigans brought up in court during CT’s trial? I belive that he will. Now why really was the trial pushed till April. Thats a year and a half past the violation date. It is screwy, and the more screwy it gets, The better for the defense.

Beats me…It all sure seems more complicated than it needs to be…

Is CT a good enough coniver to get all these peripheral things spinning?

It seems to me that when the trial comes up the DA will need to keep the focus very narrow and tight…all this other caca will likely confuse a jury and possibly hang it…which Im sure is what CT is angling for…that, or an outright acquittal…

There is so much inside stuff going on in this debacle. And thats what this has turned into. It doesn’t look like the cops are too much interested in anything other than nailing CT, and I don’t know why.

I understand that CT is going away more than likely for murder, but with all the evidence that everyone thinks they have, why bother with all this extracurricular B.S. From the way everyone makes it sound, the cops out here should be busier with other stuff than on CT when they supposedly have all the evidence they need in the witness statements.

I’am finding it hard to believe that CT is smart/stupid enough “I’m not sure which” to cause all of this commotion. Could they have put CT in solitary to protect him from inmates that he has turned in that they have busted? Possibly, the LVRJ seems to be months behind in reporting the true timing of events that are occuring.

All of these events are so intertwined and getting so complex, that my head is spinning.

Answer me this, why would CT put hits out on people the same time and with the same people that he told the narcotics cops to tail?

Doesn’t it seem like Brady was really pushed with the threat of harm if he didn’t transfer this money? It certainly does to me.
