Still don’t know why the Foley’s think they need an attorney. What do they need protection for, they say they did nothing wrong? Their attorney said that they are fully aware of the subculture that is out there. Maybe because his clients are part of it.

Any time you are involved in any type of trial it is prudent to hire an attorney whether you did nothing wrong or not. Hiring an attorney is just plain logical and a smart move on the Foley’s. They are key witnesses in this high profile case and going through trial without representation would be unwise.
