If anyone watched greta van susteron, titus’s lawyer was on and boy did he look good. This is gonna be real interesting, I do think he’s (CT) is guilty from what I’ve seen on the prosecution side, but this new lawyer, if he’s as good as he looked/sounded on tv tonight… Titus might just walk.

…walk right into the Nevada State Pen is more like it…Titus’ lawyer can say whatever he wants before the trial. It doesnt mean shit. We will see what kind of a dancer he is come January…

One of two things could still happen. The three witnesses on the hit list could be scared so badly that they either don’t testify at the trial or perhaps they get so angry at Titus for plotting their demise that they sing like canaries. I predict the latter. If I were to be one of them, I’d want to ensure that CT remain behind bars forever and tell all I know. What possible contribution to society could Titus possibly have left to offer? What if his family funded the plot? Will they be offered family rates at the State Pen?
Let’s not forget it’s a long way to January, what if Kelly comes to her senses and turns State evidence herself? To be continued.

I agree with what you are saying, except that if the three witnesses get a subpeona to appear, which they inevitably will, they can be as scared as they want, they still have to testify…and like you said, if they are that scared, it would make sense that they would want him put away for a long time…
I’m with you though, that Kelly likely will roll over…

The Foley’s will indeed have to testify. I think the fact that they have already disclosed so much information shows that they are willing to cooperate. I still have a gut feeling that they know more than what they are telling, but don’t think they were involved in any way. I hope that Kelly will roll over, except as time progresses, I think she had to be in on the murder too and is just as guilty as Craig - maybe initiating the struggle after discovering something more disturbing than say identity theft. I’m still trying to wrap my brain around the whole senario that CT and KR have laid out. You just don’t kill your live in friend over just identity theft. There’s gotta be more to the story. It has also to have something to do with all the drugs, and of course sex (this is my opinion). If they thought she was stealing their identity (for at least a week or two period from what I have read) why didn’t they just kick her out and call the authorities? So all of the sudden after two weeks of “strange” things going on in the house and the belief that Melissa was stealing - CT and KR flip out? I don’t think so. Something bigger happened. Melissa didn’t die of a drug overdose as CT maintains. I believe I read somewhere the the coroner believes she died by strangulaton. Someone correct me if I am wrong on that.

HEY JEN YOUR RIGHT THERE IS SOOO MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY. PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN WHAT THEY WANT TO BELIEVE AN PUT QUITE A NICE TURN-N-SPIN ON IT. I CAN’T IMAGINE WHICH ONE OF THE DA’S WITNESS’ (ALL DRUG ADDICTS AND EXCONS) WILL BE BELIEVABLE. THE DEFENSE HAS NOT EVEN BEGUN THEIR PROCESS OF SUPPRESSING THEIR CLIENTS STATEMENTS THAT WERE RECORDED W/O THEIR KNOWLEDGE. JEN, JUST WAIT TO SEE WHAT IS THE REAL STORY IS. I’VE KNOW CRAIG SINCE 1994 AND NOT THAT IT COULDN’T HAPPEN, BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN THE WAY IT IS BEING TOLD.

What’s your guess? What do you think went down? Are you in Vegas? What are people who knew them saying - if I might ask? I live in North Florida, but was out in Vegas when CT and KR were arrested. The story captured my attention after reading about it in the Las Vegas Review and seeing it on the news. I remember the horror I felt after reading what happened to Melissa - and wondered what could have really happened. I’m pretty naive when it comes to how evil people can really be, but I can’t understand how Kelly - who had so much going for her, who was so well respected in her field - and Craig could have got themselves into this situation. Just from everything I have read - including all the court documents - I feel they are guilty, but you are right - the full story hasn’t been told. The story has all the elements of a high profile crime and is quite intriging and I can’t help but to follow it with intensity. I just hope in the end that justice is served and that Melissa’s family has closure as to what really happened to their little girl - whatever path she chose in life or what road she chose to follow. She was someone’s daughter, someone’s sister, many peoples friend, someone’s teacher - and didn’t deserve to die by the hands of somebody else.

I honestly think that MJ did not want to be sent back home. After all, why would CT get her a hotel room and a plane ticket just to kill her. Maybe after he brought her back to the house, her and kelly got into it. Kelly said that Mj had the taser first, then Kelly said she got it from her and used it on her. See the Grand Jury transcripts. After that, who knows, they admited to beating MJ. Maybe thats why they burned the body, because of bruising. I have a lot of posts on this site. I can see both sides but believe that they killed her. Too much evidance. I’ll read Puit’s book.

HEY JEN, I’M ACTUALLY IN THE SOUTH RIGHT NOW, AND THATS WHERE I MET CRAIG IN 1994. WE HAVE HAD THE SAME CIRCLE OF FRIENDS FOR YEARS. ONE THING ABOUT CRAIG IS THAT HE WAS ALWAYS AROUND TROUBLE, BUT ALWAYS CAME OUT OK. MAYBE I SHOULD SAY BETTER THAN THE NEXT GUY. CRAIG HASN’T CHANGED MUCH OVER THE YEARS. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN INTO CERTAIN AREAS THAT THE MAJORITY OF BODYBUILDERS ARE INTO, BUT NOT MURDER. ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS WAS RECENTLY TRAINED BY CRAIG FOR A VEGAS CONTEST. I’VE HEARD A LOT OF THINGS SAID ABOUT HIM OVER THE YEARS, BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HEARD SOMEONE REFER TO HIM AS “CRAZY”. I COULD TELL YOU MORE, I AM AT WORK RIGHT NOW AND I REALLY DON’T WANT TO AIR TOO MUCH ABOUT HIM ON THESE BLOGS. I really believe that CT can be a nice guy “whenever there are not drugs involved.” I have seen sooooooooo many people go down because of dope. Mainly Meth and Heroin. Which oxycontins are worse. I can easily tell the way that kelly looked during the arrest that she was coming off of something. I mean they did have morphine in the house. If you believe the DA and the Coroner.
