Where did the $1500 come from?
That’s the question we’d like to know and anxious to hear more details on. Did the money come from Titus’ family? Perhaps the tshirts were being sold to fund the hit? Did the money come from Titus or some one else? We’re not sure on the answer and can only speculate but we’d like to hear your thoughts on were you think the money came from…

Where did the money come from? Well….didn’t Craig and Kelly solicit volunteer donations from their fans and the public in order to help cover the costs of their mounting “attorney’s fees”? I guess anyone who donated to their “cause” or bought t-shirts was really only fueling money to these criminals by helping fund the intended hits on their former friends! It’s sick to think that CT would use his family, friends and fans to fund a hit, but I guess we already knew how sick CT is. Unbelievable!

I’m Craigs first cousin and I will say that Brady is a drug addicted man who is no doubt not telling the truth about anything. He is a liar and I’m sure this will be cleared up soon. Everyone that is reading this should know this information because our family would never pay anyone to hurt people EVER……They are not guilty….The T-shirts were too help their legal fees and not for anything else….To all Craig and Kelly’s fans I would like to say please keep praying for them. I would also like to say if you don’t know what is going on then you should keep your comments to yourself..
Thanks

CT and KR are/were drug addicts and liars, too. CT - a PROVEN liar. Sounds like they have a lot in common with Brady. Like a saying goes……”Jail” Birds of a feather, flock together.

Sorry Diane but no one here is buying into this. Your family loyalty is admirable however, you can pick your friends but you can’t pick your family. Maybe Craig was adopted.

THIS IS A WANNA BE TAG ALONG(BRADY) WHO JUST WANT’S TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH TWO CULT CELEBRATIES. TRUST ME!
October 24th, 2006 at 7:22 pm
Associated to the extent of involving himself with conspiracy to murder? And end up in the joint along with CT?
What sense does that make?
There is more to the story than your simple explanation.

I don’t know, this guy brady was a real piece of work. I’ve seen crazy people that will do stuff like this on their own just so if titus would get out, he would be in debted to him. I firmly believe that if they had anything on titus, he would be charged. But then again, I hear that if they don’t actually charge him, the prosecution can technically bring this hit up during the murder trial. I don’t know how, I’m not a lawyer, but I heard a lawyer say that on some tv station.
October 24th, 2006 at 9:07 pm
Sure, Brady is a whack job, no pun intended, but so is CT…
There really isnt any hurry to charge CT with the conspiracy to murder the 3 witnesses. The DA can amend the charges later if they decide to charge him. CT isnt going anywhere…
Whether it can be brought in or not during the trial depends on a lot of factors and how the rules of evidence get applied…the judge will sort all that out when the lawyers start arguing about it…its not really a technicality, its purely a function of the rules of evidence. At this point its all speculation anyway, too soon to tell much of anything outside of the case in chief, namely the murder of Melissa, etc… that looks to be solidly in the DA’s favor now…

If CT is involved, it will take a little more work and evidence to charge him for plotting to murder 3 key witnesses. If I’m not mistaken, Brady was charged because (not only of the phone calls, information exchange etc) but mainly because of the money transaction with the undercover agent. Once there was a money exchange, the cops moved in. Darkstar is right - CT isn’t going anywhere. He’s in the joint and this gives more time for the prosecution to gather evidence and build a strong case against him if he is indeed involved. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds. I won’t be surprised if CT is involved after what happened to Melissa. I wouldn’t put anything past this deranged individual. Whether or not you believe he and KR killed her, it was still wrong and quite a crime what he did to Melissa’s body - binding her, straggling her, and throwing her in the back of his wife’s Jag and setting it a blaze. Someone who has the mental capability of committing that kind of act on a “friend” is a monster who I believe is capable of other horrific acts.

Jennifer,
I don’t think there is any question CT is involved. The numerous recorded phone calls between CT and Brady would indicate he was involved, unless of course, one believes that Brady was a publisher’s representative…yeah, right, didnt think so…
These people are pure evil.

I agree. I truly think he is involved, but there are people out there who still believe he has nothing to do with the murder - which boggles my mind, but anyway hopefully the detectives and da can put together a solid case and prove without a doubt that he is also involved with the lastest twist. I have always thought both he and KR are guilty of the murder of Melissa James. I vasilate to who I think intiated the murder - Kelly? Craig? but I’m almost sure she wasn’t murdered over identity theft, but something more - crime of passion is my first assumption. You don’t kill someone over alledged identity theft, you kick them out of your house, fire them as your personal assistant and call the police with the evidence - you don’t murder them then set them on fire in your own car. CT is truly an evil guy, and I hope that if he is involved in this plot that it can be proved. This guy should fry, just like his victim did.

Jennifer,
There are always going to be those who will never let the facts stand in the way of their misguided zeal…kind of like those who believe OJ didnt do it type of scenario…
I agree, the identity theft, if any, is not the reason for the murder. I also do not think it is a crime of passion…Its not like Kelly walked in on CT and Melissa the day Melissa was murdered…she knew about the affair before that day arrived is my guess…so I dont see a crime of passion /murder being plausible.
From what has been made public, Craig apparently told Megan he body slammed Melissa, then after she was asleep, Kelly punched Melissa and showed Megan her bruised or swolllen knuckles…sometime in there they shot the taser into her…and then Kelly allegedly stuck a shot of morphine into Melissa..at what time the duct tape was used, not sure… So I also think they are both responsible for the murder…and it doesnt really matter much who “initiated” it…
Their logic is just whacked!!!! Why not just call the police if Melissa in fact OD’d? What damage would possibly be done to their careers or reputation by doing the right thing? It would have been in the news and gone in about a week if nothing fishy was afoot…and that is where their stories start conflicting and go right into the weeds…
And with this new twist, the murder for hire business…they continue to auger in…..

PEOPLE,PEOPLE, AND PEOPLE : CRAIG WAS LOCKED UP FOR TWO YEARS. DOES ANYONE THINK HE DOESN’T KNOW JAILHOUSE CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED. COME ON LET’S TRY AND WAIT FOR SOMETHING MORE CONCRETE. CRAIG IS DUMB, BUT NOT THAT STUPID.
October 26th, 2006 at 7:13 am
Craig is alot dumber than most people give him credit for. He never learns from his mistakes. He is boardline retarded. In fact, a monkey with a brain amputation would learn quicker than Craig. This guy is a classic example of someone who truly believes he will not get caught and thinks he is one step ahead of everyone else when, in fact, he is actually 3 steps behind.
October 26th, 2006 at 10:31 pm
Im not convinced at all that CT isnt that stupid…I think he is, absolutely. Im sure he knows that jail phone conversations are taped, but I believe he still thinks he has the upper hand in this whole mess, that it is all just a big misunderstanding, and that he’s going to beat the system…He just doesnt get it…like he is some big shot tough guy who is always one jump ahead of the cops…Maybe in a cartoon, perhaps…but he does have the grunt down…yeah…

As far as his prior prison time, unless Im mistaken, his time was spent in a fairly low security joint, and he was out of the prison for work details on a regular basis. Its not like he was in San Quentin, or Pelican Bay…

VOR, I never met this guy CT, but I do understand what you mean when you say he is borderline retarded, I’ve met people like that. You can actually get a little taste of that in a video of him on this site. I also believe that if the cops had any little thing out here on him, they would have charged him. These cops out here in vegas shoot handcuffed 18yr old kids in the back if they try to run, and homeless throwing rocks. They make the Rodney king cops look like nuns. The Feds will come into this town “again” and sweep it up if these cops continue to get away with this. So therefore, I believe he will be charged #1, or this guy was as nuts as CT.
October 26th, 2006 at 11:12 pm
Knew Them,
Thats why CT didn’t day diddley on the phone, and why it will be hard to prove.
October 27th, 2006 at 10:34 am
There really isnt any hurry to add the conspiracy to murder charges to CT’s list…Now, it very well may be that the DA decides to not charge CT with it and only charge Brady…
But I am guessing that the DA is looking carefully at the evidence they have from the phone calls, the meetings with Brady and the undercover cop, the totality of the circumstances around the conspiracy, to decide what to do as far as charging CT or not. I could be wrong, but Im guessing he will be charged as well.

TRY AND WAIT PEOPLE. REMEMBER WHEN IT WAS SAID THAT CRAIG ASKED THE COPS IF THEY FOUND HIS ROIDS IN THE HOUSE, AND THEY SAID YES. WELL IF THIS IS TRUE HE ABSOLUTELY WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED ALREADY WITH AT LEAST, AT LEAST POSSESION. TRUST ME!!
October 28th, 2006 at 9:35 pm
Not necessarily…given the nature of the crimes they are charged with, the roids are nothing…
Besides, the cops “found” the roids in the house, not on CT. He could later maybe claim they werent his, blah, blah, blah…hence, they would probably just confiscate them as part of the overall evidence. A murder bust is a better collar than some illegal dope any day…

October 29th, 2006 at 1:34 am
I don’t believe the roids were listed on the search warrent perhaps. I’m not sure but if its not listed, its not legal and thus to charge him with. I could be wrong though.
October 29th, 2006 at 2:33 am
CHAINSAW, YOU’RE RIGHT A SEARCH WARRANT DOES HAVE TO SPECIFY WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR; BUT WHAT EVER THEY ALSO FIND “IN PLAIN VIEW” IS FAIR GAME FOR A CHARGE. I JUST FEEL IF THEY FOUND CRAIG’S JUICE THEY WOULD LOVE TO RUB IT IN HIS FACE THAT HIS MUSCLES ARE NOT REAL. PLUS… WHAT IF HE BEAT THE CHARGES AT THE TIME OF THE SEARCH THAT THE STATE HAD IN MIND. THE JUICE WOULD GET HIM A YEAR OR TWO. I’M SURE IT WAS A LOT ANYWAY. HE LEFT IT THERE AND CLEARED OUT EVERTHING ELSE. WELL, ALMOST EVERYTHING.
