Court date reset in Mass. for bodybuilders in Nevada slaying
This new information out by the Associated Press has some conflicting parts to it based on what we’ve been told this week…
It was published yesterday that Titus and Ryan waived extradition hearings and were on their way back to Las Vegas with in 7-10 days. This report states otherwise. Also it was reported that Gross was out on $13,000 bail and not $10,000 as listed below. We believe it was $10,000 for the accessory to murder charge and $3,000 for the arson charge.
LAS VEGAS A court date has been rescheduled in Massachusetts for two professional bodybuilders accused of killing their personal assistant in Las Vegas.
A hearing for 40-year-old Craig Titus and 33-year-old Kelly Ryan was pushed back from Thursday to February eighth in Stoughton (STOW’ tun), Massachusetts.
Titus and Ryan have pleaded innocent to fugitive charges and are fighting extradition to Nevada to answer murder charges in the slaying of 28-year-old Melissa James.
James’ body was found December 14th in the trunk of Ryan’s burned-out Jaguar off a higway outside Las Vegas.
An alleged accomplice — Anthony Gross — has been freed on house arrest after posting 10-thousand dollars bail. He was arrested in December in Las Vegas.

This could be true. BUT, I speak to someone very close to Kelly on a daily basis, and she is currently on her way back to Las Vegas. You printed it correctly yesterday that she had her lawyers here in Las Vegas take care of whatever needed to be satisfied for Kelly to be released back to Nevada. She WILL NOT be appearing in court AT ALL in Mass. Craig did the same thing yesterday, and also is on his way back here to Las Vegas. Once Kelly gets back here, she will try to get bail, even though she is not up for bail as it stands now. (Tony Gross didn’t have bail at first, either, let me remind you.) After that, they will be appearing in court with Tony regarding the charges that they have against them right now. It will be one preliminary hearing….instead of 3 seperate ones for the same case. Give them the chair. They are drug additics anyway. It is so sad that no body gives a rats ass about the girl that was killed. I did kelly in the ass once when I bought a house from her in Vegas.
Who cares about them, this is all old news. Move on
