Craig Titus & Kelly Ryan Investigation

If you missed the live broadcast, tune into the replay where Pro Bodybuilding Weekly brings in prominant criminal defense attorney, David Markus. The attorney has some interesting points related to the case from a legal standpoint. There is an interesting clip near the beginning of the show where Kelly talks about getting rid of negativity in the sport of bodybuilding. Things that make you go hmmm.

“I’m a little suprised actually from a legal stand point that they’ve agreed to do this…” David Markus commented in regards to Titus and Ryan waiving their extradition hearing today. Commenting that defense laywers typically like to hear what evidence the prosecution has on the case. Mr. Markus also offered up that Craig and Kelly will most likely not face the death penalty, even though Nevada has it. He also stated there have only been 7 executions in the past 25 years in Nevada.

“No question about it” in regards to getting Anthony Gross on board to help convict Titus and Ryan, stated Markus.
